Cried hard on the kitchen floor. My ex was there and she cried too
Dreams involving emotional experiences, such as crying, often reflect feelings of sadness, loss, or unresolved issues in your waking life. The fact that you cried hard on the kitchen floor might symbolize a deeper emotional state, as the kitchen often represents nourishment and comfort. Crying in this space could suggest a feeling of vulnerability or a need for emotional reconnection.
The presence of your ex in the dream, also crying, may indicate unresolved feelings or unfinished business in the relationship. It could signify that you are processing emotions related to that past relationship, such as grief, nostalgia, or guilt. This dream might reflect a desire to heal from the relationship or to address lingering emotions that you haven't fully dealt with.
Overall, this dream could be encouraging you to confront and process these emotions, whether that's through self-reflection, conversation with your ex, or seeking closure in another way. It might also be an invitation to explore what aspects of the relationship still hold significance for you and how you might find emotional healing moving forward.
